My Mission: YOU
My mission is simple: put Members first.
I will defend your rights, enforce our Contract, and make sure your voice is heard. I believe in transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership, because a stronger Union is built on honesty and action, not promises and politics.
Together, we will build a Union that shows up, stands strong, and always works for YOU.
In Solidarity,
My Commitment to Council 21
My commitment is to every Member. I believe in transparency, mentorship, and building a Union that empowers Members at every stage of our career. I am dedicated to modernizing how we communicate, strengthening grievance representation, and creating sustainable systems that make our Union more efficient and effective.
I will continue to fight for fairness, to protect our rights, and to make sure every Member knows they have a strong advocate standing with them.
My Journey to Union Activism
I started my career with United in 2011, based out of Houston from initial training. Like many new Flight Attendants, I was excited to be flying, but it did not take long to see how much our careers depend on a strong Union.
At first, I was frustrated by what I saw happening around me. I spoke up often, and mentors encouraged me to turn that drive into action. They saw my advocacy for others and my willingness to fight for what was right, and they gave me opportunities to lead.
My first Committee role was in Safety, Health & Security, where I learned how incidents ripple through our global Union and how critical compliance and accountability are to our profession. From there, I found a natural fit in Communications. I realized Members needed information delivered in clearer, more engaging ways — and making sure we all stay informed remains one of my top priorities.
I also recognized how essential Membership Engagement is to everything we do. I created the New Hire Navigator Program and co-facilitated New Hire Navigator Live, expanding direct support for new Flight Attendants. Supporting New Hires has become a passion of mine because strong education at the start builds confident, long-tenured Members who strengthen our future.
Grievance, though, has always been my passion. I began with Contractual grievances and grew into representing Members in investigations and disciplinary meetings. My creativity and problem-solving skills have helped prevent investigations from escalating and have protected Members when they need it most. In September 2024, I was appointed Grievance Chair of Council 21, and I continue that work today with the same conviction:
“No Member should ever have to face the company alone.”

Professional Background
Before aviation, I built a career in corporate leadership within retail and wholesale. In those roles, I managed teams, trained staff, and developed customer and employee programs that required both accountability and creativity. This work gave me a deep understanding of how policies are created at the corporate level — and how those decisions impact the people on the front lines.
That experience continues to shape the way I approach Union leadership today. I know how management thinks, I know how systems succeed or fail, and I know how to bridge the gap between policy and practice. It gives me the perspective to not only challenge company decisions but also to build better structures within our Union to serve Members more effectively.
Closer
This foundation of Union service, continuous training, professional experience, and community leadership has prepared me to serve with strength and conviction. I step into every role with the same commitment: to advocate fiercely, mentor others, and build sustainable systems that make Council 21 stronger for the future.
I respectfully ask for your vote and I commit that the best of my leadership is yet to come.
